Hi, there.

Thanks to some very helpful DJGPP'ers for presenting me with the solution
to my problem of defining and outputting 64-bit integers in GCC -- the
'long long int' type (not standard ANSI C, but a nice feature).

As it turns out, my problem was that I was still using DJGPP 2.00.
Upgrading to 2.01 solved the problem.
