That is quite incorrect. As I pointed out in my earlier post, you choose
the tool to fit your needs. You don't compare apples and oranges. True,
they're both edible fruits. True, both DJGPP and VC++ are compilers. But I
wouldn't want to port my UNIX applications using VC++. And I don't think
I'd want to write Windows apps (if I ever do -- fat chance of that) with
DJGPP.
