Yeah, I had some wierd crashes on exit too, but I now hide the mouse and 
switch back to text mode before exiting, in that order.  The wierd exit 
crashes are now gone.  I'd thought that Allegro would do that
automatically 
but I haven't looked at the source yet to check if it's a bug from
Allegro.
I either case it doesn't hurt to hide the mouse and reset the mode.
