During make, I get the following error:

D:\ALLEGRO>make
Compiling the djgpp version of Allegro. Please wait...
obj/djgpp/makedoc.exe docs/allegro._tx
make.exe: *** [docs/allegro.html] Error -1

This is the second error I have received while 'making' Allegro.  The first
error I got was that it couldn't find the "asmdef.c" file.  I found the
solution to move the file to Allegro's root dir.  

I have tried making Allegro twice, with 2 of the Allegro distrubution files
from 2 different SimTel archives, but I get the same 2 error messages.
