Hi!  I need some help with some aspects of DJGPP not clearly
explained in INFO or the FAQ.  Ok here are the questions.
	1.  How do you lock the stack?  Can you do it using the _go32_dpmi lock
functions?  If you can can you give me an example of
stack locking?  If you can't could I have a inline code fragment locking
the stack?
	2.  How do you vector a realtime interrupt using the go32 functions? 
Yes, I HAVE read the FAQ but it doesn't give a clear description and the
INFO data on the subject isn't clear.  What I need is an example.  Given
a function my_handler() and interrupt 20 how would
I do it?
