The source for redir can be found in v2/djlsr201.zip, which is only
about 1.4 MB.  If you can't get that, then I wonder how you were able to
get the rest of the required DJGPP files.  :)

If you still have problems with ftp, you can get any single file from
the DJGPP distribution packages via the downloads section at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/.
