Yes , and your machine crashes when you try to run hello.exe.

Compile it like this :

gcc hello.c -o hello

then run it thus :

go32 hello

or convert it to an exe file thus :

coff2exe hello



Best solution :
  Dump EZGCC and download DJGPP v2.01 ;-)
