First of all, make sure that you have downloaded the file RSXDJ131.ZIP
if you are working with DJGPP v.2.01.  The old RSXNTDJ1.ZIP is still in
the DJGPP archive, and it will not work with DJGPP v.2.01 (it works with
DJGPP v.2.0, and had some problems at that, according to the FAQ).

You also need to replace the DJGPP ld.exe with the RSXNTDJ ld.exe.  (I
just followed the instructions in the help file, and everything worked
fine.)
