Subject: How do I get started?

Hi,

I'm new to all this. I've never done any coding in C/C++, but have
worked with BASIC, PAL (Paradox database language), and a bit with
PERL. I found DJGPP and subsequently found RSXNTDJ. I want to make a
Windows web browser or maybe just port W3C's testbed browser, Amaya.

Any suggestion on how to get started? Online tutorials?

Also, I'm not sure that RSXNTDJ is working properly. I've tried to do
things with the sample GUI, but keep getting a "Cannot create process"
error.

Platform:
Pentium/100
MSDOS 5.0/Windows 3.1 + Win32s

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
