How do you get gdb to step into inline functions defined in a header file
or is it not possible because gdb assumes code will be found in .cc files.
Also, occassionally, gdb prints an error message of the nature : 'line
number out of range' when I step into functions which are defined in a
source file despite the fact that I can successfully step into other
functions which are defined in the same file. What is causing this?
