This usually means that Make cannot find a file named
`SwapWatcher.java'.  Do you have it in the directory where you run
Make?  If you do, and you are running Make on Windows 95, try setting
LFN=n in the environment and run Make again.  If it doesn't help, set
LFN=y and try once more.
