Typically, more a multi-file project the actual compile passes will 
look like this.

gcc -c file1.c
gcc -c file2.c
gcc -c file3.c
gcc -c ...

then

ld -o my.exe file1.o file2.o file3.o ... -lalleg

In rhide, you specify this by using the libraries menu from Options.
Just put alleg in one of the spots and check the box next to it.
