I can't tell from your post, but does your text editor line wrap this or
is it all on one line all together?  I believe that command line options
in a response file must all be on the same line.

In any case, there's another solution to your original problem:  use a
makefile.  DJGPP programs can pass command lines to each other that are
MUCH larger than 126 characters.
