I can confirm it: I wrote an Allegro program and forgot to add -lalleg to the end of the command line. An exe was produced, but it SIGTRAPed every time I tried to run it. It never occurred to me that it was the new RSXNTDJ ld: I rebooted my PC (its a little flaky), realised I'd forgotten -lalleg and it then worked fine. I hence assumed the reboot fixed things. Have you contacted Rainer Schnitker (rainer AT mathematik DOT uni-bielefeld DOT de), the author of RSXNTDJ? If not I'd recommend you give him a bell and see whether he's aware of the problem. Thank goodness I kept the original ld.exe before installing RSXNTDJ!
