first, make sure you have the latest version. available at
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2tk/rsxdj131.zip
after that follow the step-by-step instructions in the docs. (just run
the readme program in the doc subdirectory.)
