DLM stands for Dynamic Link Modules, they are somwhat similar to DLLs.
Developing DLM engine as well as DLM manager is in progress.
However several versions are available.

DLM home site is spy.isp.nsc.ru, there you can find any additional
information about DLMs and so on.
