You'll find everything on http://www.w3c.com (if I remember well).
The main issue is not porting Arena itself buf the Xlibemu library
which is strongly based on GRX1.x. Also the WATTCP I have doesn't like V2.
I guess it'll be very hard to improve Arena porting without a comfortable
IDE and debugger.
