Uploads go to ftp://ftp.delorie.com/incoming, then send me mail.

Binary GPL and LGPL uploads must be accompanied by a source zip if
djgpp doesn't already have it.

I *strongly* recommend you follow the directory structure conventions
put forth by the other modules; I reserve the right to reject a
submission if it unzips everything into the current directory (in
fact, I usually do reject those).
