I finally got it to work!!!!  Thanks Robert for a great IDE and for your
help.  It turns out that the shortcut was wrong in the distribution.  One
needs to add that -M switch.  Also, under properties of the shortcut, I
checked the "Exclusive Mode" for the mouse and made sure the QuickEdit
option for a Command Prompt was disabled.  Now everything works fine!
