Are you sure, that you have read the RHIDE doc?? Here is a small part
from the doc:

1.4 Requirements
================

RHIDE works under and is compiled with DJGPP V2.01.


As you can see, RHIDE needs for correct work that you have installed
DJGPP V2.01, and your problem is (I know that now, because many users
had this problem) that you have installed still DJGPP 2.0.


And to the FAQ: Please read section 16.6 completely (especially the
last paragraph)
