I've thought about it for a few days, and I'll have to cast my vote this
way:
Split the group/mailing list.

As in, we'd have djgpp-questions (or something), and djgpp-ramblings (I
don't like the -wizards idea, cause I know I'd subscribe and I know I'm
not a wizard :).
The questions one would be for anyone who needs help, and the ramblings
one would just be ramblings about anything people post (similar to the
way they do now, just now they'd have their own list and wouldn't bother
people who aren't interested in such threads).

As usual, any questions/comments/flames appreciated.
