And it's extremely unlikely that the originator is a person who will
see this message.

People, please keep in mind that I *do* monitor this list (and
newsgroup) and automatically deal with problems like multiple blank
mailings and inappropriate posts.  Following up an inappropriate
message with yet another inappropriate message only makes things
worse.  Please do not do it.  If you see an article that shouldn't be
there, either ignore it or e-mail the author directly.

If you want to improve the quality of the c.o.m.d newsgroup and djgpp
mailing lists, please deal with these messages in private.  Mail the
author and politely inform them that their message was inappropriate
for the forum, and would they please refrain from doing it in the
future.
