Subject: allegro 2.2 compilation problem

Environment: djgpp v201, cwsdpmi

Allegro2.2:

Compilation of the library and demo program went fine. But
later the compilation stopped with iostream.h and fstream.h
not being there when setup.cc should be compiled.

I searched the mail archive and the faq to no avail.
