(disclaimer: i know nothing about the gnu x-compiler beyond my experience
with tools that make use of it...)

i have GNAT/Ada95, cyg-win32, and DJGPP on my machine, and they all make
use of gcc/etc; is it possible, *somehow*, to combine these multiple gcc
installations into one? 

please excuse the question if it's too silly! :)

ps actually, while i have your eyes :), where can i find out more about
gcc?
