I'm sure the Windows 95 licence agreement specifically excludes reverse engineering its code. Surely that in itself prevents anyone from porting the GNU tools to Win32 as free software. If not, where can I find a (on-line?) definition of the API and all the relevant file formats? Forgive me my ignorance.
