And who have mysteriously forgotten the instructions sent to them when
they subscribed in the first place.  What I can't understand is that
they obviously sent mail to listserv AT delorie DOT com to subscribe, so
logically they should send mail to the same place to unsubscribe.  Is it
just me, or is this not that difficult to figure out?
