Fortunately not Robert. As with alot of difficulties I have, it was simply a mistake on my behalf. I dunno what it is about me... I must have so much in my head that I mis-perceive bits of information (Like when you put a spoon down on the table and 3 seconds later can't find it, even though it's sitting in front of you?). As it was, because of me not seeing properly (hehehe), I thought the .o files came before the lib name. And the weird thing is, I read the 'ar' Cmdline over and over again and still thought the .o files came first. Still, after Eli corrected me on this, I used rcs to archive the files made from RHIDE and the lib has been created. Sorry for any spooky-trouble I've caused (yet again).... -- . ben AT flag DOT demon DOT co DOT uk / www.flag.demon.co.uk Moo-Juice on IRC. ___ . : _~#~_ '#####` : 'o o` #include void main(){__djgpp_ |o o| : ::| | || nearptr_enable();char *v=(char*)(__djgpp_conv | | |:: :: || entional_base+0xb8000);v[0]='M';v[1]=15;v[2]= | :: |==- /| 'o';v[3]=15;v[4]='o';v[5]=15;v[6]='!';v[7]=15 \ -== | | | | ;__djgpp_nearptr_disable();}; | | -oOOo---oOOo---The---Adventures---Of---Poke---And---Moo---oOOo-oOOo--
