When using printf in Watcom C 32-bit and DJGPP I found that it didn't seem
to function properly.  The printed items just would not get displayed
unless they were ended with a hard return (\n) ?  Does anybody know why?
Does anybody know how to fix it?  Did anybody write a replacement for
printf that actually works fine?
