Yup, just checked both the regular distribution and the patched EXE,
it is indeed a glitch you have found. ;-)

 Although I can't ever recollect using that key when I was coding 
 before. I wonder if its an RHIDE glitch or in the library he used?

 Oh dear, the maximize button is acting strangely too in the patched 
 EXE. It doesn't maximize until I click it again and then it maximized
 followed by a noramlize.
