My problem is, that i need some sample source code of a bison and flex
programm, besides that stupid calculator example.

I'm about to release a package that uses flex and bison under GPL.
I can mail you a pre-release copy if you're interested (140K .tgz).
(Still trying to build it under DJGPP, having fun with bash)

I learnt lex and yacc from the O'Reilly book.  Very good books those.
Plenty of examples.
