Hi!

	I'd just like to apologise - the GNU Win32 API is not free, it's
GPL'd as Eli Z. said. However, it can be obtained from:

	ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/gnu/windows32api-0.1.2.tar.gz

I'm sorry if you're not in the UK, but I don't know of any other places.
It's probably on SunSite in the US, but I cannot be sure.
