If so, then you should know that this extender is currently incompatible with the CWSDPMI DPMI host that Emacs uses. If you can run Emacs with some other DPMI host, then it will most probably work. If not, just don't invoke these programs while Emacs runs. If Emacs wedges your machine even if you don't run Ghostscript and CLisp, then please tell more about your problem.
