I figured out the latest mkisofs runs out of the box, except that
it doesn't find .mkisofsrc under plain DOS, so I changed that
to mksiofs.rc, and that it runs a bit faster if you add
  _djstat_flags |=  _STAT_EXEC_MAGIC;
somewhere at the beginning of main.
