It is non-trivial. It took me a week to figure everything out the last time around (ca. 1992), only to discover that a fortran compiler is not cool any more (so I deleted it.) 2. It is possible. It took me a week, but I did manage to compile the library, and then compiled fortran programs out of it. 3.
