I think you need to pick up the newest RHIDE from Robert Hoehne's web
site.  The latest version of Info is in 'txi390b.zip'.  I also recommend
you add the FAQ (v2/faq202b.zip) to that list.

For information on the latest DJGPP updates, visit SimTel periodically
and look for new files.  Also read the Weekly Mini-FAQ that DJ Delorie
posts, and listen to anything that comes out of djgpp-announce.
