BCC2GRX v2.0 uses the old (djgpp v1.x) style dpmi interface. In fact the
library will link and work under DJGPP v1.x and v2.x (with grx v2.0 of
course). The 'old style' functions aren't defined in the header of djgpp
v2.x but still implemented in the libs.
