Hi,

since rhide 1.0 I have problems with the make and build routines.
When I change something in a .c file of my project, I first have to
compile it with ALT-F9 before I can use make. If I use make without
compile it says that the exe is up to date.
Build even won't work, it also says that the exe is up to date.

This problem was not with the old versions.
Make compiled all changed sources, build compiled all regardless
of its changes.
