I read a previous poster's mail about filling out a form on Matrox's home page. while I'm really just an undergrad student, i have all the stuff (web site, appropriate name) needed to fill out their developer application form.. i've successfully wangled information out of companies this way.. but DON'T TRY IT. Matrox specifically states that the info they'll give you (if ever) is covered by an ND.
