Some errors in the libc.inf file

- documentation for srand() is missing.

- rawclock() returns 0 on the first call. It does not return the
number of ticks since midnight. Is this a documentation error or a
code error ?

- the Index node is not accessable. (Does it exist ?) One always gets
to the documentation for index().
