In-Reply-To: <199611132157.PAA05312@imgen.bcm.tmc.edu> Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII i have been working on something (not in gcc, but Metrowerks CodeWarior) to try to get a Window Framework that will make it easy to port programs to the mac. It will not do much beyond display a window, make an easy way to get keyboard input, and an eays way to get output. i've been barrowing some (former) NCSA code... from their discontinued telenet client and i am hoping to someday port `vi' to the mac. (hey... it'd be cool! =) anyone else working on anything of the sort? -f|ve On Wed, 13 Nov 1996, David Stockton wrote: > Does anyone know of a port of the gnu tools and specifically > gcc/g++ to the MacIntosh?
