Advice: read the DJGPP FAQ list.  Section 8.7 there explains that you 
should either use gxx instead of gcc when linking C++ programs or append 
all the C++ libraries to the link command lines if you insist on using 
gcc.

The latest version of the FAQ is available as v2/faq202b.zip from the 
same place you get DJGPP.
