Although DJGPP is an excellent compiler choice, I must point out that
the argument "it's free, so you've got nothing to lose!" is valid only
to the extent that you don't lose MONEY up front.

DJ should charge $1000US per copy for a commercial version of DJGPP
(could be identical to the net version).  This way, DJ could attract
the "we don't use freeware" crowd to DJGPP, get some extra R&D fund,
and boost the DJGPP community's image from "hackers" to "serious
hackers + commercial".

Now, THAT, is a truly "you can't lose" proposition.
