Hello.
I have scanned this newsgroup and the faq, but have not found any 
information about compiling this library.

All but one of the 24 .c files in \tcpsrc compiles properly when i try 
to make it.The file pctcp.c however, spits out about 3 pages of errors 
when I attempt to compile it.
Has anyone else had this problem or been able to debug the code in this 
file?

Is there a more recent version of this library, or has anyone successfully
installed any other type of tcp libraries for djgpp?

I'm not sure what information you may need about my system, but I have 
seen the following requested, so here it is just in case.
im using win95
gcc version 2.7.2
make version 3.73
DJGPP=C:\djgpp\djgpp.env
PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;C:\DOS;C:\
