So far such a thing does not exist. Some work is being done in a Linux setting with it but it is not stable. Linus gets slightly upset every time some alleged kernel bug turns out to be someone using a buggy pentium "optimizer". Yes, it is a lot of work to download and compile your own compiler, but if you want to run experimental stuff that is sometimes what it takes. The rest of us get a better tested compiler and pay the small price in efficiency.
