You are talking about cross-compiling.  The CPUs listed as ``supported'' 
are those where DJGPP can be run as a native compiler.

The DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq201b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP) has 
some information about using DJGPP as a cross-compiler in section 22.7.  
Other than that, AFAIK, nobody has yet used DJGPP for the platforms you 
mention.
