Cygnus' GNU-Win32 project compiles any (simple "Hello World" type) Win32
SDK programs.  You can get the source codes of such programs from (for
example) Charles Petzold's "Programming Windows 95".

The source code of the Cygnus GNU-Win32 tools can be found at the (where
else) Cygnus Web site.
