Does anyone know how to scale fonts in GRX for DJGPP?  I have looked
throught the documentation and the FAQ and there is no info on this
topic.  I find that the FAQ is very incomplete.  Are there any better
resources or manuals on GRX?

What functions would I need to use and can anyone tell me how to use
those functions?

The source files in the GRX 2.0 library have very little commenting on
the actual use of the functions.
