If you mean with GUI Graphic User Interface, as far as I know not
and I also never heard about such a project.
If you mean an interface like the TD from borland, you have to wait
until RHIDE Beta6 is ready, which will have an integrated debugger
and a standalone debugger.

I know, now comes the question, when this will be. I think in october.
