First I started to use the GNU-C++ compiler for Linux. Now I found the GNU-C++-compiler for DOS which I understand as quite similar to the Linux/Unix-version. I tested GNU for DOS with some examples (which were well-working under Linux), that I used to learn C++ in Linux. But the programs are not working under DOS.
