It's better to use RSXNT (get the file v2tk/rsxntdj1.zip from the same place you get DJGPP). I might be wrong, but I think RC is there. If not, you can get RC from the rest of RSXNT archives. Anyway, RSXNT is a better package and targets DJGPP better; it also is supported by its author, unlike RSXWDK which isn't.
